Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack with Care

Place the uninstalled fixture in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all crystals, hardware, and instruction manuals are securely included.

Attach Shipping Label

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring no old shipping labels are visible to prevent transit delays.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
