How long will it take for my lighting fixtures to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. For oversized chandeliers or custom orders, delivery may take up to 14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your policy on damaged or broken items?
We understand that lighting can be fragile. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Do the light fixtures come with bulbs included?
Bulb inclusion varies by product. Please check the 'Specifications' section on the individual product page. If bulbs are not included, we provide recommendations for the compatible base type and wattage.
Can I return a fixture if it doesn't match my decor?
